During our discussions of Chapters 4-7 we covered the topics of how to use I-messages, reflective listening, understanding social and emotional development of children, understanding childrens' feelings, how to teach cooperation, how to discipline children using empathetic limits, logical/natural consequences and balance parenting with other life stresses.
